We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play our games for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell any part of our games or their assets.

In-App Purchases & Ads

Some games include optional in-app purchases and third-party advertising. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or the relevant app store's refund policy.

User Conduct

• No harassment or abusive behaviour toward other players
• No attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or attack our servers or clients

Intellectual Property

All game titles, logos, artwork, code and related assets are the property of KheloGames or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that property to you.

Limitation of Liability

KheloGames provides its games "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our games.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our games after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material updates will be reflected with a new date at the top of this page.
