Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to every Android application and game published by Premium Softwares on Google Play, including current and future KheloGames titles.

What We Collect

When you use any application published by Premium Softwares under the KheloGames brand, we and our service providers may collect basic device information (such as device model, operating system version and language), app and gameplay activity (such as sessions, levels, interactions and crash data), advertising identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from an IP address, and information about ad views, clicks and performance. We do not intentionally collect or share precise location, financial information, health information, biometric data or other sensitive personal data for advertising. We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, monetize and improve our apps.

How We Use It

• To keep your game progress saved and synced across sessions
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance
• To show relevant, non-intrusive ads through trusted ad networks
• To understand which features and levels players enjoy most

Third-Party Services

Our games may use third-party SDKs and service providers for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention and performance measurement, including AppLovin, Google AdMob and Firebase. These providers may independently collect, process and share device and app-use information under their own privacy policies. Advertising and measurement partners may use this information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent invalid activity and, where permitted, provide interest-based advertising.

AppLovin Advertising

Some KheloGames titles work with AppLovin to deliver ads in our mobile applications. AppLovin and its advertising and measurement partners may collect, process and share personal data—such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device details, app interactions and ad-performance information—for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and improvement of their advertising services. Third-party measurement partners may also process information to measure whether ads were displayed and interacted with.

Children's Privacy

Our games are not exclusively directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, provide children's data to AppLovin, or initialize AppLovin advertising services for a user we identify as a child under applicable law. We take steps to comply with age-related laws, app-store policies and requirements such as COPPA where applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the games, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and enforcing our agreements. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods as described in their policies.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data we handle. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Where required, we request consent before AppLovin or another advertising partner processes information for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent, opt out of interest-based advertising, reset your advertising identifier, enable device-level privacy controls, or clear app data through the privacy choices shown in the app and your device settings. We honor applicable consent, “Limit Ad Tracking,” “Do Not Track,” sale/share opt-out and similar privacy signals passed to us.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, or object to certain processing. To submit a privacy request, email reply@khelogames.co. Please include the game name and enough information for us to identify the relevant data. We may need to verify your request.
